MAY I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

Absolutely! We specialize in custom orders and would be happy to help you. Please email us at info@dishiqueboutique to get the conversation started.

DO YOU PROVIDE CORPORATE GIFTS?

Of course! We can either tweak a current design to reflect a business, or create something completely one-of-a-kind. Small minimums do apply. Email us at info@dishiqueboutique.com to start the conversation.

IS DISHIQUE SOLD IN A STORE NEAR ME?

We are so excited to announce that we are now partnering with select shops across the country. Email us at info@dishiqueboutique to see if we are available in a store near you.

CAN I SELL DISHIQUE IN MY STORE?

If you're a retailer interested in carrying Dishique in your brick and mortar or online shop, please check out our Wholesale page for more information.

I LIVE IN (OR AM COMING TO CHICAGO). DO YOU HAVE A BRICK & MORTAR STORE! CAN VISIT?

At this time we do not have a brick and mortar shop and while we would love for you to stop by, we currently have a closed studio.

PAYMENT

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Dishique E -Gift Cards.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

As we are located in Illinois (just outside of the Windy City), Illinois sales tax will be automatically added to your order if it is to ship to an Illinois address.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Yes! Our E -Gift Cards make great gifts!

PRODUCT

HOW ARE DISHIQUE ITEMS MADE?

All of our artwork is created by hand. Either hand rendered drawings or computer generated- or a little bit of both. Once we finalize the artwork, this is then created into a decal that we hand apply to finished porcelain. The item then gets fired in a kiln so that the decal becomes part of the glaze, and voila, a truly Unique Dish!

ARE DISHIQUE PLATES FOOD SAFE? MICROWAVE & DISHWASHER SAFE?

Yes. We practice safe & responsible porcelain decorating procedures. We're proud to ensure that our plates are not only food safe, but most are also dishwasher and microwave safe. Any plates featuring silver or gold are not recommended for the dishwasher or microwave. We think dishes were made for eating and entertaining and that's exactly what you can do with Dishique. All plates will be wrapped in bubble wrap and tissue paper. All other items vary in how they are wrapped, as we our main concern is that they arrive to you safely and in 1 piece. We're happy to offer gift wrapping for an additional $8.95/item and include a gift note. Simply check the "giftwrap" box at check out.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

HOW WILL DISHIQUE ITEMS BE PACKAGED?

Shipping costs are automatically generated through our website with the help of UPS & FedEx.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most in-stock items, requiring no customization, ship within 2-3 business days from our studio although some items may take longer to process. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5 business days. We do not ship on Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Custom orders generally take 2-4 weeks to create. With that said, if you have a date in mind that you'd like a custom item by, feel free to email us at info@dishiqueboutique.com. We'll do our best to accommodate. While we will do all that we can to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner, Dishique cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather and service interruptions.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most orders ship via UPS. If you place an order that totals less than $20, your order may ship via USPS.

MY PLATE CAME BROKEN. HOW CAN I REPLACE IT?

First off, we are so sorry! It's disheartening when a Dishique item breaks during transit. Once a Dishique order leaves our studio, we have no control over the care (or lack there of) it receives during shipping the process- no matter how many Fragile stickers we put on the box. Our main concern is that you're pleased with your Dishique purchase, so we'd be happy to get you a new item. Email us at info@dishiqueboutique.com to let us know what happened within 5 days of receiving your order. We'll get started on replacing your item right away.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. However, Dishique is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to your order. All international orders are shipped First Class by the United States Postal Service.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns for any custom Dishique items. After all, that item was specifically made for you. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at info@dishiqueboutique.com.
